About me
How do we create the best kind of society, leading to individual well-being, peace, and prosperity? What is a life well-lived? As long as I can remember, I have pondered those kinds of questions, and it has influenced my life in various ways. It lead me to pursue studies in psychology, philosophy, and political science. (More information about my professional career can be found in my CV further down.) The search for an answer also lead me to discover ancient wisdom in the form of Buddhist meditation and practices, and the secular science-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-focused therapy (CFT). My core values are curiosity, courage, and compassion, which I try to incorporate into my daily life and work.
