About me

How do we create the best kind of society, leading to individual well-being, peace, and prosperity? What is a life well-lived? For as long as I can remember, I have pondered those kinds of questions, and it has influenced my life in various ways. It led me to pursue studies in psychology, philosophy, and political science. The search for an answer also led me to discover ancient wisdom in the form of Buddhist meditation and practices, and the secular science-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-focused therapy (CFT). My core values are curiosity, courage, and compassion, which I try to incorporate into my daily life and work.

More information about my background and work experience can be found in my CV and LinkedIn.
